An Indonesian citizen, born in Surabaya in 1967, Liliana Tanaja has served as the Commissioner of PT MNC Studios International Tbk since December 15, 2017, based on the decision of the Shareholders in lieu of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders as stipulated in the Statement Deed of Shareholders Decision Number 30 dated December 18, 2017.

Ella Kartika - Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Indonesian citizen, born in 1969. Ella Kartika serves as President Director of PT MNC Studios International Tbk since 25 July 2016, based on the Shareholders Decision in lieu of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders as stipulated in the Statement Deed of Shareholders Decision Number 15 dated 15 August 2016.
Concurrently, she serves as Director of PT Media Citra Nusantara Tbk since 2014. She has held various senior positions in television production and programming, as well as sales and marketing at several subsidiaries of PT Media Citra Nusantara Tbk. Currently, she serves as President Commissioner of PT Mediate Indonesia, PT Multi Media Integrasi and PT Swara Bintang Abadi. She also serves as Commissioner of PT Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia (RCTI), PT Global Information Bermutu (GTV), PT MNC Televisi Network (iNews), PT MNC Movieland Indonesia, PT MNC Film Indonesia, PT Star Media Nusantara and PT Suara Mas Abadi. She also serves as Deputy President Director of PT MNC Pictures, and President Director of PT MNC Lisensi International, PT Asia Media Productions, and PT MNC Infotainment Indonesia.
Previously, she served as Sales and Marketing Director for GTV in 2008. She became GTV’s Programming and Production Director two years later. In 2011, she moved to RCTI as Programming and Production Director, and in 2013, she returned to GTV as Managing Director.
She obtained Master of Management degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Indonesia in 2000.
Sei Young Cheong - Chief Creative and Production Officer
Korean citizen, 45 years old as of December 31st, 2020, and currently resides in Jakarta. Sei Young Cheong earned his Bachelor degree of Asia Business at Youngsan University, Korea in 2000. He studied Indonesian Language and Culture at Nation University of Jakarta, Indonesia in 2002.
Currently, He has served as Chief Creative & Production Officer of MNC Animation (July 2018 – present) and Head of Games (March 2018 – present).
Larry Whitaker - Chief Creative and Production Officer
U.S citizen, 51 years old as of December 31st, 2020 and currently resides in Jakarta. He attended the University of Oklahoma, and later California Institute of the Arts (Cal-Arts).
Currently, He has served as Chief Creative & Production Officer of MNC Animation (January 2018 - Present)
With over two decades of experience in the entertainment industry, Larry Whitaker’s work in film, television, theme park, gaming, commercial and online digital media has entertained millions worldwide. A Golden Reel nominated writer/director; Larry has built film production crews from the ground up while directing and running his own studio in Los Angeles as well as being brought in by other studios to review and build their production crews including Disney productions Burbank, Disney productions Australia, Warner Bros, and several independent production studios in both the United States and Canada. As an animation director and animator, Larry has had the opportunity to bring to life some of the world’s most classic icons such as Mickey Mouse, Bugs Bunny, Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Tom & Jerry and Veggie-tales.
While at Disney, he and his crew were the first in the film industry to use the revolutionary software Maya (now the gold standard of digital animation software). Larry has worked several legendary producers including Steven Spielberg and Ivan Reitman. He and his crew created digital animated creatures and characters staring and co-starring with such actors as Bill Paxton, Charlize Theron, Brendan Frasier, Don Rickles, Gary Oldman, and basketball legend turned actor Michael Jordan.
As an instructor, Larry Whitaker has taught at his former alma mater Cal-Arts in the Disney animation program as well as California State Northridge, Associates in art and as a private instructor. He has also held classes in ongoing professional training at Disney and Warner Bros. animation studios mentorship programs.
